Carrie was selected in Homestead and is prized for two things: the smallest footprint of any productive mango tree, and fruit so good that people drive from across Florida to find it. The low-fiber flesh makes it unique even among premium varieties.
Unbelievably rich and creamy with absolutely no fiber. Some describe it as mango ice cream. A deep yellow flesh with a hint of resin that mango lovers crave.
